Attention Middle-Aged Women Struggling To Get Back Into Their Little Black Dress:

You’re About To See The Only 5 Strategies You’ll Ever Need To Know About Losing Weight And Keeping It Off For Good

(The Days Of Fitting Into Your Little Black Dress Are NOT Over!)

Feeling Uncomfortable In Your Body & Appearance Isn’t ‘Just A Part Of Getting Old…’

Why is it that society still insists that once we hit the big 5-0, it’s game over for our health and vitality?

While we can’t expect to look or feel the same as our 21-year-old selves, we can’t settle for feeling less vibrant, comfortable, or confident in our later years, either.

Sure, we may not have the same metabolism or physique as we did in our youth….

But we can still have weight management goals and yes, you can reach them while prioritizing your health and wellbeing.

The problem is that nothing you’ve tried so far has worked (or been sustainable!)

Traditional ‘One-Size-Fits-All’ Diets Aren’t Designed For People Our Age

Just like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole, fad diets are much less effective for middle-aged women for three reasons:

01

Our Bodies Are Working Against Us

Traditional diets don’t take into account hormonal changes like menopause, age-related muscle loss which results in fewer calories burned, or the natural cycle of weight gain that occurs as we age, with women typically gaining around 1.5 pounds per year through their 50s.

02

Our Health May Be Declining

40% of adults aged 65+ report a limiting longstanding illness making weight management and physical exercise even more challenging. Some common conditions in older age include hearing loss, cataracts, back and neck pain, diabetes, depression, and dementia.

03

Our Priorities Have Changed

You don’t want to miss out on the festivities at your grandchild’s birthday party, decline meals or occasions out with friends, or diet year-round. You want to lead a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle in a body and shape that you feel confident in and enjoy the time that you have left.

That Doesn’t Mean The Days Of Fitting Into Your Little Black Dress Are Over…

It Means You Need A Tailored Weight Management Approach!

Hi, I’m Katharine Caines.

I know how daunting weight management can be for middle-aged women because, well, I am one!

All of the things you’re feeling right now I’ve felt before:

Fear. Confusion. Frustration. Hopelessness.

The one thing I wish I had known back then is that, while our bodies may be going through changes that work against our goals - there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I struggled with my weight for many years because I was focusing on the wrong strategies:

  • Extreme calorie restriction.

  • Dieting without breaks.

  • Cutting out entire food groups.

  • Short-term dieting solutions.

When I learned the right way to eat and which sustainable lifestyle changes to make, I lost 50lbs and finally became reacquainted with my wardrobe (hello LBD!)

Now, I’m on a mission to share my weight management secrets with middle-aged women just like me who want to love what’s looking back at them in the mirror.
